We accept cash, credit card, e-tansfer and we are registered with all major insurance companies to allow for reimbursement and direct billing.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to accommodate our clients and ask that you please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy by sending an email to the clinic if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. You can also do so using our online booking system. You are responsible for 100% of the treatment cost if you do not cancel within 24 hours.
Insurance
Many insurers will fully or partially cover Massage Therapy treatments. Since there are varying factors that can affect medical or insurance coverage for Massage Therapy, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Laurie does not do direct billing for extended health insurance, but you will receive a receipt that can be used to submit to your insurer directly for reimbursement.
