Hi ! My name is Liseanne and I have been teaching and running retreats for the last 7 years, I have also been a registered RMT for well over a decade and recently added being registered life coach. With all my experience one thing I have found over the years is that we all need to tune into our desires, what it is that we really want. Our busy lives often have an obligation to be there for others, managing this and that. but when do we tune in to what it is that makes us feel nurtured and fulfilled?
Thats why my main focus is giving you space to soften feel, be totally nurtured and meet you where you are. To sooth your soul with a practice that reconnects you with your intuition, that inner light and guidance. DONT HAVE THE GEAR?
I HAVE BEEN USING BMAT FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING, THE MATS LAST A LIFETIME AND THE PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING. THEY ARE SUPER STICKY AND GREAT SO MY HANDS DON'T SLIDE IN DOWN DOG. I CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.
